In order to stand out in an already competitive market of delivery apps, we partnered with Gopuff to bring them into music festivals, an environment where they could truly elevate the experience and provide fans with what they needed most throughout the weekend.

From providing a destination to grab all kinds of goodies, to delivering essentials within the campgrounds, Gopuff made a lasting impact throughout the summer festival season.

Festival_Run

When you join Gopuff’s subscription plan, you become a FAM Member– apart of the Gopuff family. Inspired by that and our own festival families, we built the Gopuff Delivery Den, a home base for festival-goers to stop by and get whatever they need.

Launching at EDC Las Vegas and then traveling to Governors Ball NYC and Rolling Loud Miami, the activation was designed to be an idyllic neon-trimmed house complete with a front yard and a two-story slide. Fans could explore the kitchen for snacks, the vanity for makeup touchups and the living room for photo moments.

Fans who downloaded the Gopuff app could gain access to the second floor, a hangout space where they could grab a drink at the bar, enjoy popsicle happy hours, and lounge around with a view of the festival. Upon exiting, each fan was also gifted an iridescent branded fanny pack, filled with snacks and essentials for later.

At EDC Las Vegas, Gopuff was the hero of the weekend by delivering essentials to fans staying in the festival campgrounds. From refreshments to snacks, toiletries to packs of ice– Gopuff was there to bring each festival fam what they need.

As part of our mission to “deliver the goods,” we even took over one of the art car stages and surprised campers with a daytime DJ set from Honey Love. Select campers also got VIP upgrades that were delivered by EDC mascots, The Kuma Bears, who jumped on delivery golf carts to help deliver each wristband.

The Gopuff Delivery Den activation and campground delivery service was a huge success at EDC Las Vegas, introducing an entirely new audience to the magic of Gopuff and integrating the brand into the festival experience in an authentic way.
